For my second artifact for Subject Matter (DM3), I have attached one of my first semester teaching evaluations and one of my third semester teaching evaluations. Since each lesson that I taught for my evaluations was aligned with the state core curriculum, I feel that these evaluations are a good artifact to demonstrate my knowledge of the subject matter that I teach. They also show that my teaching skills improved over the course of three semesters, and show that I have grown to become more competent in my teaching skills and strategies in the classroom. I feel that there is always room for improvement and that I should always take the time to reflect on my teaching strategies. Through my reflections, I will be able to continue to learn and to grow throughout my career.
